High-sulphur fuel oil, 380 centistokes viscosity — a bunker and power-generation fuel.
HSFO 380 (High-Sulphur Fuel Oil, 380 cSt) is a residual fuel oil used historically as bunker fuel and in power generation. Post-IMO 2020, marine HSFO use is restricted to vessels with scrubbers; most bunker demand shifted to VLSFO (0.5% sulphur).
